Instrument Rental Details
- Once you reserve your instrument using the Rental Reservation Form, we will contact you via phone to arrange a pickup day/time. PICKUP, DROP OFF AND EXCHANGES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Contact us at 317.775.1785.
- All payments must be set up on auto pay through our website with a backup form of payment.
- All prices are for IN PERSON PICKUP. Shipping costs will be extra and determined on a case by case basis. ALL PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- *You must notify of instrument return fifteen (15) days before return or you will be billed for the following month. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CANCELATION.*
- Your card will be billed on the first of every month.
- Instrument pickup is available by appointment only at our facility: 2309 N County Road 800 E, Avon, IN 46123. *If you need to arrange a special pickup location an extra $20 fee will be due before pickup.*
- For complete details including late fees and liability, please read the Instrument Rental Contract.
- We currently offer violin, viola, and cello rentals. If you need a different instrument please complete the Instrument Request Form and we will contact you with more information.

Fees:
- Month to Month –
- Violin – $40 – $100 deposit – $50 refundable – $50 credited to restock fee
- Viola – $45 – $100 deposit – $50 refundable – $50 credited to restock fee
- Cello – $55 – $100 deposit – $25 refundable – $75 credited to restock fee
- 3 Month Contract – Paid up front in full (prices reflect per month price)
- Violin – $30 – $100 deposit – $50 refundable – $50 credited to restock fee
- Viola – $35 – $100 deposit – $50 refundable – $50 credited to restock fee
- Cello – $45 – $100 deposit – $25 refundable – $75 credited to restock fee
- Save $120 a year by signing up for a 3 month contract! Must be paid in full on or before time of pickup. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CANCELATION.
